Exclusive-RC Event Sponsorship

First let me thank you for taking the time to reach out to Exclusive-RC/ The Scale King for an event sponsorship.  

Each year we support several events from the smaller local style to the events that are known across the world in RC and we believe each type is important in this hobby.  With that in mind we ask you to review our requirements prior to applying for consideration. These are requirements, not suggestions so if you are not able to agree to these, your event will NOT even be considered.

1. You must submit your event at least 90 days prior to your event date start.
2. You must have a publicly viewable facebook event page. Hosting the event page in a private, closed or secret group is not allowed. (Rc Rock Crawl offers this service for free)
3. Your event MUST be 100% Family Friendly.
4. No drugs or alcohol are allowed on the event grounds each day the event is being held
5. Event must have a dedicated registration area
6. Your event must have a location to display your sponsors information on site
7. Event must be promoted via social media and use a photo provided/approved as well as linking to our website and/or facebook page.

The event coordinator also must agree to do the following within 2 weeks of their event ending:

1. Provide us with a write up about the event.
   1. Recap of the event
   2. Number of drivers
   3. Number of registered vehicles (if a driver could have multiple vehicles)
   4. Photos of the event including prize winners of our products.
   5. Any feedback about our company/products (good or bad) that were offered at your event.
      
      
2. Post a recap of their event on their event page and thank ALL sponsors and participants.

No event will be considered without the event sponsorship application filled out and completed.
